I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) living and teaching in the Madison, Wisconsin area. In addition to my custom classes offered here, I teach at three studios, I’ve taught kids ages 2-5, and on occasion, I host events open to the public, like Puppy Yoga classes! I’ve found such purpose in helping others learn to listen to their bodies, find their breath, slow their minds, and embrace their inner light!
